Volunteer profile: Enzo Daci
Enzo Daci began cultivating his interest in business when he was just 15 — first as a student in a National Academy Foundation program at one of our Travelers EDGE® partner high schools in Hartford, and then as a Travelers EDGE Scholar. Today, Enzo is a Senior Manager, Financial Analysis, in Personal Insurance, and mentors students in the same programs that helped shape his own path.
Volunteer profile: Annette Erazo
As a child, Annette Erazo regularly had bedtime stories read to her. These cherished memories would later ignite a passion for helping other children experience the magic of story time. By volunteering with the Happy Hope Foundation, Annette has been able to share her love of reading — in both English and Spanish — with children who are hospitalized or are experiencing homelessness.
Volunteer profile: Claude Howard
For Claude Howard, volunteering means more than just paying it forward; it’s about connecting with the surrounding community and his colleagues. Through his work with Hands On Hartford and Junior Achievement, Claude has helped keep the next generation fed and inspired their future endeavors.
In 2025, we contributed more than $24 million to the communities where we live and work, for a total of more than $237 million over the past decade.
Our employees are strong corporate citizens and valuable assets to the places where they live and work. Collectively, our employees contribute thousands of volunteer hours each year toward important causes — last year reaching more than 125,000 hours.
Our employees dedicate more than just hours. In 2025, Travelers employees raised a record-breaking $1 million through our Community Connections Campaign, which supports United Way and its partner organizations across the country.
