Building connections through shared experiences

All employees are welcome to join any of our 10 Diversity Networks (DNs). With more than 13,000 members, DNs celebrate culture and communities, and they create spaces for all employees through powerful forums for dialogue, networking and support. Our DN members give back and get back – making a lasting impact on Travelers and their careers.

Allies help build a sense of belonging at Travelers by actively investing in others’ success through advocacy, support and increasing cultural competency. That’s why the word “Allies” is embedded in the names of all our DNs – to reflect their important role in our networks’ efforts to help shape our culture.
